Q. How do I change my initial booking?
A. If you need to change your initial booking, please inform us right away of the change via e-mail, telephone or fax. Another way to change your initial booking is to cancel the booking by yourself and make a rebooking.
Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
A. To cancel your reservation, choose [My Reservation] button and click [Reservation Status] on the upper side of the web page and fill out the blank. Then you can cancel your reservation. But some cases may incur a cancellation fee, so please refer to our reservation policy - click the [How to Book] button on the upper side of the web page.
Q. Why is my credit card denied, although it works in other cases?
A. First of all, you need to check out whether you input the card number and expiry date correctly. And try again. Sometimes, credit card companies block the approval to give the ‘Authorization through on-line system’ for the card security. In this case, only the card holder can solve it by contacting the card company directly.
Q. What if I do not receive a reservation confirmation?
A. All the HotelKorea.com reservations services should create an on screen confirmation followed by e-mail confirmation. If you do not get an on screen confirmation or an e-mail confirmation, it is likely that the reservation has not been correctly processed. In this case, please contact us at help@hotelkorea.com, who will verify the status of this reservation. (full name of the person who made the reservation, hotel name, dates of check-in/out, e-mail address are needed)
Q. How do I make a reservation for triple room?
A. Most of hotels add an extra bed to a twin room for triple use. So, if you reserve a twin room of the hotel you want to stay at and inform us that you need an extra bed in the remark blank, we can arrange the triple use. Usually, the extra bed charge will not be included in the payment you make through our web site, and you need to pay for it at the front desk of the hotel when you check-in. The charge for extra bed varies with the hotels, but the range is from KRW 20,000 to 50,000.
