The room rate on this Hotelkorea.com English website are applied only to foreigners and Koreans residents abroad.
1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. And then your booking will be completely done without processing of confirmation (If we are not able to arrange your room due to the state of hotels, we will of course inform you via email or telephone you recorded.)
2. Cancellation or change is available only more than three
business days prior to your check-in date. For the cancellation more
than three days prior to check-in, we'll refund your total payment.
*** Business Days (09:00 ~ 18:00, Mon ~ Fri except Weekend & Holiday)
# Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 60 hrs prior to the check-in date, there is no cancellation charge.
- 30% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation at the between 12:00 three days before check in and 12:00 two days before check-in date
- 50% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation at between 12:00 two days before check-in and 12:00 a day before check-in
- 100% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation a between 12:00 a day before check in and 15:00 on the day.
- There is no refund for No-Show on check-in day without any prior notice.
3. Saturday to Sunday & Holiday are going to apply to the different
policy comparing to above policy. (Ex. Check-in date : Monday, If
you request the cancellation of hotel on Friday, you will be applied
to 50% penalty of room charge.)
4. NOTE [Credit Card format]
I. Credit Card holder & Guest Name should be the same.
We won't be able to process your booking if the names are different.
If guest name and credit card holder name are different, it could be processed only if below documents were received:
- Credit Card Format signed by credit card holder
- A copy of credit card
- A confirmation letter from credit card holder that the person will pay for the amount

II. We process credit card payment only when the requested booking is confirmed.
