The room rates on this hotelkorea.com English website are applied
only to foreigners and Koreans residents abroad.
1.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Prices and room availability
are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
2.
Cancellation or change is available only more than 3 business days prior
to your check-in date. For the cancellation less than 3 business days prior
to check-in, we’ll refund your total payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 60 hrs prior to the check-in date, there is no cancellation
charge.
- 30% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation: 36 hrs prior
to the check-in date.
- 50% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation: 12 hrs prior
to the check-in date.
- 100% of one night's hotel charge for the cancellation: less than 12hrs
prior to the check-in date.
- There is no refund for No-Show on check-in day without any prior notice.
3. Please do not inform the hotel directly to make changes or cancel
your reservation, as they will not be able to change or issue refunds for
these specially negotiated rates.
